made a stressful time very easy to solve

Sohail has been excellent, couldn't have asked for more. Several times he went away and got back to me very quickly for questions I had on a vehicle, and checked in regularly to understand my finance process. When a date was arranged to collect the car, he very helpfully organised a lift from the train station as the site is further out of town. Friendly, knowledge, and would highly recommend purchasing here to anyone considering it.

Fantastic customer service

I called into Stellantis to look for a new car. Upon meeting Addy straight away I knew I would be doing business with him and didn't need to go to any other showrooms, which was my original intention. I was very impressed with the customer service that I received from Addy. He was very polite and approachable whilst also being very accommodating for my young children whilst we talked about the cars and finding the right one for my family's needs. His knowledge of the vehicle and the specification was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for Addy and he was very keen to ensure that my personalised requests were met. I would highly recommend Addy to friends and family should they be seeking a new car and in the future will be returning to him when changing cars.
