I recently accompanied my mother to Stellantis &You UK - Peugeot Romford, where she purchased a car. I primarily dealt with Syed Al-Mahi, who was incredibly friendly and professional. He took the time to understand our needs and made the process smooth and enjoyable. My mother was so pleased with the experience that she said to Syed, "You are my son," which perfectly summed up her satisfaction. My mom, is very pleased and says, this is her car for life, now she wants to recommend Syed to our family and friends. The showroom was clean, and the entire team was welcoming. I've had my last 3 cars from Stellantis (DS and now Citroen) and am so happy with the service from all departments. Kara McSheffrey has always supported me and guided me on my options and provided great care. She goes out of her way to make sure everything is covered and I've felt really looked after.
