My daughter in law is absolutely delighted with her new C5 Aircross Plus. It’s got all the gizmos and gadgets she needs, she got it at a very competitive price and it was delivered 4 weeks earlier than she expected. Callum Griffiths managed the process from start to finish in a very professional and friendly manner. He kept us well informed throughout the sale process and always responded quickly to any queries we had. Harvey a gem at the Sale branch in Manchester is what every sales person should be. I have been very patient with the branch since we purchased our car on the 18th December, to date no V5C, and there was surplus amount to be repaid to us, none of which materialised. Harvey picked the phone up, promised me a phone call once he obtained some answers and he rang me back. This is what excellent customer service is, which sadly has lost its place in the current society.
