I called the Crawley branch with only a few weeks left on my HP and Izzy saw me and my wife the next day. She helped us pick the perfect car for our family and got us a great deal on the price and a part exchange for our old car. She gave me her work mobile so we could text rather than have lots of calls, which I really appreciated and had the car ready and gleaming on the date we agreed. My purchase was a pre owned e208 that was reserved online and then followed up with contact at the Cribbs Causeway Stellantis &You. Luke treated me as an individual and valued customer, handling me with respect at all times, His honesty and attention to detail were greatly appreciated and I felt I could trust Luke. The car was exactly as expected: in amazing condition spotlessly clean and fully charged. Part exchange handling was seamless. Only (very minor) negative was the main reception during handover were blunt when I asked if they had any spare coffee cups. “If there’s none in Peugeot, I’m too busy to go and find some” was said in a terse manner. Bottom line is that I would return and buy again from Cribbs Causeway Stellantis &You, especially Luke. Maybe I’ll bring a travel mug next time ????5 months agoGreat service from Leigh

Dealt with Saber at Stellantis. He is such an incredible asset to the company. Couldn't be more pleased. What really impressed me was the aftersales. Usually once a sale has been made you cant get hold of them. With Saber its the total opposite. He really and truly cares for all of the people he deals with.
