I've had my last 3 cars from Stellantis (DS and now Citroen) and am so happy with the service from all departments. Kara McSheffrey has always supported me and guided me on my options and provided great care. She goes out of her way to make sure everything is covered and I've felt really looked after. They have honestly made everything so easy for me and the service from everyone has always been first rate, from purchase to Servicing. I've been really pleased with every car I've had, so I would highly recommend.3 months agoPurchase of two vans

Sohail has been excellent, couldn't have asked for more. Several times he went away and got back to me very quickly for questions I had on a vehicle, and checked in regularly to understand my finance process. When a date was arranged to collect the car, he very helpfully organised a lift from the train station as the site is further out of town. I called into Stellantis to look for a new car. Upon meeting Addy straight away I knew I would be doing business with him and didn't need to go to any other showrooms, which was my original intention. I was very impressed with the customer service that I received from Addy. He was very polite and approachable whilst also being very accommodating for my young children whilst we talked about the cars and finding the right one for my family's needs. His knowledge of the vehicle and the specification was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for Addy and he was very keen to ensure that my personalised requests were met.
