I was very happy with Scott when going through the ins & outs of purchasing a new Peugeot Boxer Van at Robins & Day. Scott was professional & honest we seemed to get on well & I have now ordered my new van.

I made my first approach some months ago when I first heard about the new Citroen C3 replacing the existing model. The result of my conversation(s) was that I was kept informed of the progress of the new C3 and was informed when one would be available for a test drive. I took a test drive,liked the car,discussed what I wanted and the sales advisor came up with an offer. I accepted the offer and bought the car. At all stages I was listened to without any sales pressure being applied and I really cannot find fault with any part of my buying experience. In summary all I can say is that in my 50 years of buying new cars this has been the least stressful and most pleasurable experience and I congratulate the staff of Robins & Day in making it so.

From first entering the showroom and looking around for the type of car we were looking for and being asked by Scot Gibson if he could help we told him what model car we were looking for, he was very helpful and shown us the type of car we were looking for and was able to give a good explanation of on any point we asked about the car.
