From the minute we came to view a car at the Birmingham North branch we was treated in a friendly, helpful manner without any sales person being pushy and pressuring. We was seen to by Richard who was absolutely amazing, really helpful - nothing too much trouble, and gave us all the information we needed and explained everything to us.
