Having experienced many issues with my DS7 over the past 24 months I would like to mention two members of the team who over this period of time have been extremely helpful in helping me have my car back on the road Kelly Greathead always smiling and welcoming in her job role dealing with my issues and Tony Woods who dealt with my broken drive chain on my DS7 this summer which caused me a lot of stress though from start to finish Tony was professional and understanding both have excellent customer service skills .
All the customer service team are always helpful Holly and Ismail as well .
