I recently had 2 recalls completed on my Peugeot. The whole process was effortless and well managed. I waited in the lounge with a nice coffee and the gentleman that took care of my car kept me updated regularly during the hour or so I was there. This is my 4th car that I have purchased here. The customer service is first class. The salesman Eni is first class. He is always on the phone to answer queries and update me on the vehicle sale/handover. It’s a fantastic site to buy from. The showroom is immaculate and all the staff are super friendly. Fantastic service from the service departments. Nice and easy process. Dropped my car in for a service, I went shopping in the mall and my car was ready when I returned at the time I asked for. From the moment we made an enquiry about a car to the moment the keys were handed to us the service was amazing. Chris was thorough, amenable and polite. Being a young woman, I came into the show room with my dad, but we were both offered the same level of respect, Chris spoke to me throughout the process, and made sure I understood everything, taking his time to explain and offering guidance. I went into test drive a 3008 but not liking that, Chris asked what I liked and didn't like and came up with other alternatives and turned the car purchase around in 2 days. I have just purchased a used e-208 from this branch dealing with Toni. She has been fantastic from start to finish, the whole process has been a breeze, any questions answered and a nice video of the car when it arrived. Toni is very approachable and has made the whole process stress free. The car is fantastic! It’s in perfect condition, was absolutely spotless and fully charged when I picked it up. Part exchanged my car as part of the package, I got a good price and even though someone hit my wing mirror the night before exchange! the manager Graham was really helpful and showed great compassion. All in all, I would return in a heartbeat if needing a new car. Plus, their after sales help is available whenever I need them. Brilliant!Leave us a review
