Recall + AD BLUE

I’ll be the first to admit that when it comes to cars, I’m not the best. Recently I went onto the government website to check when my MOT was due, and a message popped up saying my car had been recalled. To make matters worse, my AdBlue warning light had already come on and was counting down the miles until the car would stop altogether. In my head, I immediately thought the worst — a new tank, probably starting from £1,000 or more — plus diagnostics on top. My brain honestly felt like it was going to explode. I booked my car in for the recall at Stellantis & You, and from the very start, I have to say a massive thank you to Kasia Hryniewicz. She made the whole process so smooth, keeping me updated at every step. The recall was completed, but the AdBlue error still showed, which meant diagnostics were needed. Kasia explained there would normally be a wait because they were fully booked, but she went out of her way to fit me in the very next day. When the results came back, I could have jumped for joy — no new tank needed, just a software update! I honestly can’t thank Kasia enough for her help and reassurance, and of course the mechanic who carried out the work. You both turned what felt like a nightmare into such a relief. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you again to the whole team!
