My Robins and Day Car Purchase

I have been dealing with Robins and Day at Walton for more than twenty years, I can honestly say that I have never had anything but a positive experience with them throughout this time. I was wishing to upgrade my current Peugeot but due to my disability, the newer models are a little to big for me to manage efficiently. I was shown a Citroen C3 Hatchback, had a test drive and knew immediately this was the car for me. Unfortunately I was then taken ill unexpectedly but the team could not have been more helpful during this time when delivery of the car to me was delayed through none of their fault. Olly and his colleague were extremely helpful on my first visit, David subsequently visited and assisted me with the paperwork, Callum delivered the new Citroen and removed my Peugeot back to Walton, after ensuring that I was happy with my updated model and Gavin was extremely helpful with the overall experience going over and above what could be expected to assist the whole process. I could not fault any of the team as they were all so very efficient, helpful and extremely pleasant throughout the whole period of time. I would never dream of going anywhere else for my motoring requirements, which are most essential to me in my compromised position. I have no hesitation in recommending their services and my daughter and myself are so very grateful for all their help and attention to me during this time of obtaining my new car making this an excellent experience.

Traded my 2014 Vauxhall Zafira for a 2020 old Vauxhall Grandland Griffin. Habib handled the sale. Good communication through the transaction, friendly and helpful. Car was ready on date agreed. Transfer of vehicle, including taxing of new vehicle handled efficiently on the day. Some small stubborn dirt blemishes on the roof were required at handover but were sorted quickly. Pleased with the car and service.

Great experience buying a used car

We bought a used mini from Robins and Day after seeing it on Auto Trader. It was a great spec and price, rang up and spoke to Jonathan who was great through the whole process. We bought it without seeing it, doing it all online, delivered to the door. There were a couple of issues after we'd taken delivery but they were addressed and fixed without issue.
