Gabriel…After-Sales Reception
This review is specific to Gabriel Knight at the After Sales Reception and NOT Stellantis Godalming. Gabriel was exceptionally knowledgeable and professional throughout. Gabriel’s understanding of the vehicle, explanation of the problems and process was thorough and engaging. My concern is in regard to the need to charge £199.00 for diagnosing an obvious problem with the instrument cluster that one could visibly see and did not require a diagnosis via a £45 OBD2 diagnosis tool that took 10-minutes to complete. Then to be informed that the instrument cluster replacement would cost £1,000.00 when Cartronix can achieve the replacement for £250. Again, Gabriel has been a pleasure to deal with and I thank him for saving the day!
