The reception staff were friendly, efficient and professional. They confirmed what my car wa sin for, and outlined the cost of the work, and the expected time scale. I had been searching for a new car after my current car developed a major fault. I had found a car at Stellantis&You Liverpool on AutoTrader so decided to go and have a look at it. Steven Lewis was on hand when I arrived and he showed me the car. He was great answering all my questions honestly, and he left me and my wife alone to discuss rather than waiting while we tried to have an awkward discussion. We decided to go ahead with the purchase and the whole process was done very smoothly.
