Great Customer Service & Professionalism
My car buying purchase went way smoother than I expected which is a huge plus. I worked with Mark Hurst on the vehicle purchase and have nothing but great things say about him and his level of service and communication I received from him. I shopped online, waited for my car to arrive at my choosen local Stellantis retailer, then upon arrival Mark Hurst ring me, had my vehicle up front and ready to test drive. He's great with open communication and kept me informed about everything needed to know about the car and also to protect it like GAP and cosmetic insurance throughout the entire process from start to finish. Thank you Mark Hurst for your down to earth personality and excellent service.

Called in just for look and was greeted by friendly gentleman called Gazinder told me all I needed to know about the vehicle I didn't have an appointment but managed to find the car I wanted an ordered it very quickly no hard sale nothing to much trouble just sorted

Eugene McEvoy provided an excellent service from beginning to end. Traded in a 19 year old Citroen Picasso (bought new from the same garage!) for a used C3. Eugene was friendly, honest, efficient and gave clear explanations for all the products and services. Excellent communication via email and phone too.

On the 29/12/2025 I went into the peugeot store in Erdington where I was greeted by Lewis Blake. He was amazing,so friendly from start to finish. He made my whole experience easy with someone with great anxiety Lewis made me feel at ease supporting me with my decision and even changed my order once I decided the car i originally picked wasn't for me. Nothing was to much for me. He is a real credit to this branch
