Car needed a new engine
Car needed a new engine, Hazel made the whole process easy with regular updates. Would not hesitate in using them again.
On the other hand, if it wasn’t for Hazel at the branch, I would have had to wait 6 weeks before they would even look at the problem. The central booking system is awful.
Peugeot warranty to around 3 weeks to approve the replacement engine!

I needed a car and was pretty sure what i wanted. Kieran NGU showed me the car I wanted and we discussed other options , we discussed pricing on several cars and in the end I was delighted with the one I chose. Kieran was patient, explained all finance options to me, kept me in the loop throughout the buying process and replied to my messages quickly and clearly. Excellent service - I hope Stellantis look after him because that type of customer service will get noticed by other dealers!!
