Human Service to clients
I was allocated to a young lady called Olivia Petty who besides her age , was extremely supportive to my claim throughout.
Not only was she professional in her guidance she was very knowledgeable of the way forward , and was always available and took my phone calls when I needed to contact her.
She is a credit to Stellantis, and I am sure that she will be greatly appreciated by future clients.

I found David at Preston very helpful explained the car and the gadgets and took for a test drive, explained everything in regards to the car finance getting the mot. I would highly recommend him and will let my friends and family know how helpful and professional he was thank you for all the help I love my new car.

Many thanks to the Team at Stellantis Central Birmingham especially to Omar for looking after me, my car and for regular updates throughout. I opted to wait for my car MOT & Recall work which was completed within the 3 hours duration I had been advised and it was made a pleasant three hours wait. Nice environment, pleasant staff and so many complementary coffees and my car Passed too, who could ask for more. Thanks Omar and the rest of the Team .. well done as always.
