What great service
Just got my second hand car from Stellantis & you UK. Really pleased with their service and customer care. I was dealt with by a young lady of the name Charlotte Jacklin. She was polite, efficient and very knowledgeable answering all our questions honestly. I would highly recommend her and the company to my family and friends and anyone looking to replace the vehicle.

I'm not going to paint a rosy picture here, the dealership isn't perfect. I'd had my car just over 2 years and, although there had been delivery delay issues at the outset when purchasing the car, the many after sales issues which I encountered were predominantly with reference to the service dept as opposed the sales staff.
Having said that, this past week has been a bit of a nightmare, trying to deal with an issue through the sales team. However, despite being at my wits end at points through the week, a manager finally stepped in yesterday (Lee) and, to his credit, he managed to resolve the issue within 12 hours whilst keeping me fully informed throughout of the steps he'd taken.
So, irrespective of some issues over the years with the service dept, the showroom team themselves are actually fairly on point and, despite being run off their feet at times, they do actually seem to care.
Thanks to Lee, Phil and yes, even you Dan (????) for your help, it's been a long week but all of your help in resolving this has been greatly appreciated
