Sir On Monday 17th April, my wife and I were about to become stranded in London, hundreds of miles away from home and unable to find a functioning EV charge station. Out of desperation I managed to arrive at your dealership on less than 20 miles available charge. One of your employees, Chris, came to our aid and took ownership of our difficulty. He arranged for a charge to our battery that gave me a reasonable amount which allowed us to get to our hotel and find a suitable place to complete the charge the next morning. I purchased our Citroen e-C4 just 3 three weeks before from Trenton’s in Grimsby, near to where we live. Trenton’s served us well but missed something I now know – you don’t just buy a Citroen, you also become part of the Citroen family. James Harding at Stellantis held my hand from start to finish and walked me effortlessly through the whole process of buying a nearly new car from Stellantis . It’s all moved on quite a bit in terms of the necessary paperwork even though I was cash buyer , no finance required. However coming from a Financial Services background I understood the need for all the protocols that James needed to go through , and he did it all as a true professional . He is incredibly polite , highly technically competent , and was was very friendly and chatty and showed a lot of interest in my reasons for purchasing the car I had chosen . All of this gave me a massive amount of confidence that I had chosen to buy the right car , from the right Salesman at the the right Dealership . Above all else , I purchased it because I liked James from the first time we spoke on the phone , and I decided from the outset that I really wanted to give him my business . I guessed he was a young guy with a family to support and that proved to be exactly the case which is another reason why I wanted to help him . Everything was completed online & by telephone. I picked the car on Autotrader and requested more information. I received a telephone call from Mr. Oliver Hallam who answered all my questions and took the details of my part-exchange vehicle. Oliver also made and sent me an online video of the vehicle I was interested in. I didn't see the vehicle in person & Oliver hadn't seen the part-ex vehicle, everything was taken in good faith. The new vehicle arrived on a trailer. It was unloaded by Stephen the delivery agent and the part-ex was loaded onto the trailer. Stephen notified every step of the journey and sent me a text when he was 10 minutes from our location. Oliver kept me updated on the progress of the purchase / part-ex.
