Her communication wasn't just good—it was exceptional ! ! ! She explained every repair with perfect clarity, translating technical terms into simple, honest language I could actually understand. No confusing jargon, no pressure — just clear facts about what my car needed and why. When I asked questions, she patiently answered each one (even the ‘silly’ ones!) without ever making me feel rushed.
