Having rung a few dealerships Toni was the only person to answer the phone. (The others still haven’t got back to me despite my leaving contact details!!!). She was able to verify they had a particular car we wanted to see and even though she knew I wasn’t going to buy as we live out of area she spent time showing us the car and then looking for the colours so as we could make informed choices. Ashley is top guy very friendly and knowledgeable about the new frontera sorting me an amazing deal. The whole process was great because of him. Had to wait a little for the new car because of production issues but Ashley kept me informed the whole time. Recommend the new frontera and Ashley as a sales person really couldn't have done more. I had the best experience ever at this dealership! After my old car suddenly gave out, I was honestly stressed and expecting the whole process of getting a new one to be a headache. Instead, Medhi and Benji made everything unbelievably easy and simple from start to finish. They were both so kind, patient, and genuinely funny — they immediately put me at ease and made the whole experience feel relaxed instead of overwhelming. Every question I had (and I had a lot!) was answered clearly and without any pressure. I really felt like they were there to help me, not just make a sale.
