We had a great experience choosing our new car and Jaxon was fantastic throughout the whole process. He was friendly, patient, and really took the time to explain everything clearly. Nothing felt rushed and he made sure we were comfortable with our decision before moving forward.
Jaxon was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions, making what can sometimes feel like a stressful process much easier and more enjoyable. His professionalism and helpful attitude really stood out.

I had a great experience with the service advisor Chris. He provided excellent customer service from start to finish. Chris was very helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the whole process. We visited the Romford branch to…
We visited the Romford branch to purchase a new car and were assisted by Lisa. She offered us hot drinks, took the time to go through the different car options with us and explained the colours they were available in. She then placed the order and let us know the earliest date the car would arrive in store.
When we came to collect the car, Lisa went above and beyond. She took her time showing us all the features and also helped us set up and understand how to use the My Peugeot app, explaining what we can and can’t do on it.
Thank you so much, Lisa, for your lovely hospitality and for taking the time to make sure we picked the right car for us.
