My experience at Peugeot Maidstone Was excellent and I ended up buying a 408 and only popped in for test drive. Spoke with Russell and can confirm his customer service was excellent and genuine. Russell spent a good deal of time with us explaining the ins and outs of a 408 which I was interested in but I only wanted to test drive it that day. I had originally seen a lovely black one I’d seen in auto trader. Russell gave me some valuable information about the road tax, servicing and the specs of the car, he even searched the country for the spec we wanted. Taking the car for a test drive Russell was friendly and very passionate about the model of car and he knew his stuff which was handy, he showed us the gadgets an how to get the best out of our car. After spending some time with Russell he gave us a very honest, knowledgeable review of the car and what it would cost us even after we bought the car if we did. He listened extensively to our needs and searched the internet and found our car. I was a bit gobsmacked an we chatted figures, Russell spoke about dent and scratch insurance, service plans and different specs of the cars. I was extremely happy with Russell’s advice which made me take up on th offer of buying the 408 through pcp, Russell explained the figures and finance thoroughly and did not push us or pressure us, he confidently advised us and was so passionate about Peugeot cars that I signed the dotted lines. When I picked the car up to take home Russell even came in on his day off to hand over the car, that’s good customer service, he was smiling and I felt I’d made the right choice, I feel Russell went over and above as even followed up the purchase to see if I like the car.
