Great sales team
The staff couldn’t have done more for us. There were delays with the car. The system used to update the sales staff isn’t the most reliable or up to date. This is an area that could be significantly improved to improve the customer journey when buying a car, instead of the vague information the sales people have to give.

A friendly reception and a knowledgeable salesman. No hard sell or pushiness. The website was misleading about the car I had identified as of interest as the mileage and tax status were incorrect - this needs to be put right. However I found a car that suited my pocket from a large stock.
