BUYING A USED PEUGEOT

My wife and I enjoyed our experience at Robins and Day Guildford as we quickly decided to purchase a used car to replace a much older model. The process was carried through by a very pleasant and helpful member of the sales staff. The coffee and hot chocolate were much appreciated as we were taken through the necessary paperwork. At no time did we feel pressured to close a deal, and no one seemed worried as we took the car out for a short drive. We have bought from R & D before and would do so again if we live long enough. Much to be recommended!

All the staff at Robins and Day were extremely helpful and particularly John who went out of his way to provide us with information about a car we viewed on a website. Lovely people and friendly and helpful.

Fantastic Experience!

After a terrible and disheartening time at Arnold Clark, I was apprehensive about even going to a different dealership, but I was wrong. Robins and Day Birmingham North were absolutely fantastic, friendly and trustworthy advice from the moment we got there. Didn't feel like I was being lied to at any point, or like I was the target of a sales pitch. I hadn't driven a car for nearly 10 months so was obviously nervous about the test drive, but David made me feel so relaxed it was like I hadn't stopped driving at all. I left with no pressure at all to buy the car, but decided to call back the next day and take the plunge! I can't wait to pick up my new Peugeot tomorrow!!

everything excellent from start to finish!

Couldnt decide between corsa and peugeot108. Nothing was a bother even when I changed my mind on the colour. Fantastic ! Go see steven!

Professional and helpful service

I came to have a look and ended up buying the car. The sales person was very helpful. Gave me all the information I needed and arranged finance. There was no stress or hard sell. Very professional. I would recommend Robins & Day.

How buying a car should be!

From the moment we walked into the showroom, we were treated as a valued guest. The showroom was busy, but time was taken to greet us and offer us coffee whilst we waited for someone to become available. After not too long a wait, the salesman (Paul) gave us a full and complete introduction to the car and a decent test drive. Not pushy or trying to close there and then! Ran through the options and gave us space to discuss. Came back the next day and placed an order. Excellent in all aspects.
