Sales person was honest,clear,understanding and could not do enough for us. He was a pleasure to do business with. This is second major purpose made with Robins and Day in Sale and servicing in between sales has also been an efficient and pleasant experience.

lack of fuel on taking delivery
I had no problems on buying my car with your company ,steve nurse was brilliant ,however on driving away and getting on the motorway I noticed the fuel gauge was down to one bar .not knowing the car controls 100% I left the motorway and found a petrol station to put diesel in ,after spending 7500 on the car I think fuel should have been put in if only 20.00 this would put piece of mind driving home , if there was a breakdown or traffic delay on a road you could run out of fuel ,and with it being a diesel it is not easy to fill up and start like a petrol engine.it would be good policy to tell customers there is fuel in your vehicle .

I have bought Citroen DS5. From the beginning until the end everything was fine. Well customers service, respectful and helpful. It was a nice experience but a bit stressful for me. For 3 days I will pick up my new car. So happy. Cannot wait.. Hope everything will be fine also later, next a few years during the service period.. so far, fully recommended!!
