Dealt with Sam Malpass, Romford. Sam was very patient and helpful. First contact was by telephone, we live over 100 miles away, Sam dealt with all our questions and queries regarding purchase and trade-in, leading to our visit to select a car. A few days later Sam had everything in order and we returned to collect the car chosen. The return journey was a joy.

I originally was trying to buy a car from the Citroen dealership Robins and Day in Hatfield, after being given verbal confirmation a DS3 was available we drove an hour and a half to see and reserve the car. This was only to be called the next day and told that the car had been reserved in error twice! Their amazing system of not making a note ANYWHERE or telling ANYONE that a car has been sold merely just change the sign in the window to say sold somehow failed! At this point I had already arranged for someone to buy my car and to change the insurance over all of which had to be stopped and therefore money lost! However going into the Peugeot branch in Walton was another experience all together! This is how a company should be run! After explaining the situation to the sales manager we where handed over to sales assistant Billy who couldn't not have done enough for us! He is a credit to the company and I felt comfortable and confident in him and the company from start to finish! I now have an amazing car with everything I wanted and I feel I would not have got this without Billy and the team! I will be telling everyone I know to go to you guys! Thank you again!!
