Great customer service

I went into robins and day to enquire about s car and got greeted by Stella. She was so helpful and so nice, she made me feel relaxed and gave me all the info I needed about purchasing a car. I didn't feel pressured into anything and she done all that she could to help me out. She made the whole experience enjoyable rather than stressful and I couldn't be any happier with the help she gave me :)

Pleasant and not pushy

Visited Robin and Day speculatively one Saturday morning. Sales rep approached whilst we were checking out a car that was within our budget. We were upfront on what we were looking for. Everything was plain-sailing and took up the offer of a test drive which was the deciding factor. Admin took a while but hey, that's how it goes I guess. Was asked if intererested in other services/products they sold. Although we said we didnt want them, no over-sell was apparent.

Very professinal organization. The staff are quick and easy to deal with.

Great value for used cars that have low milege. Cars are HPI checked and come with a 12 month warrenty gold standard. Covering mechanical and electrical faults.

Another great experience with Scott Gibson

The appointment was made and Scott made us very welcome offering us tea or coffee. He showed us all the possibilities that met our budget needs and gave us good advice in the selection process. The offer for my car and the options given on the new used car were spot on.

Purchasing a new 3008 SUV

The sales team were extremely polite and helpful. This will be our seventh from this dealership as we are always treated very well. The only downside is that as this is such a new model, the usual discounts were not available.

New Peugeot 2008

I have found that the staff put themselves out to track down the colour choice of the new 2008 that I require. It took a bit of time but the colour I require was located and is to be transported to Robins and Day for pickup.

Fantastic Experience !!!!!

Recently Purchased a vehicle from here... The Team ( Mark Sanjay & Gabbi) were fantastic after purchasing it on finance and having a few hick ups with it they managed to sort out a great deal for me with my car! and in less than one week I got my new car!, Very helpful and go out there way for you also would highly recommend then now! xx

Sales executive knowledgeable on model under consideration, good road test with explaination of controls. Financial negotiations were frank and honest with manager actively involved through whole process.
