Good service told me every thing is needed to know

I've gone to be honest never a fan over the years of used car salesman, you know what it's like we've all met a few shady ones and the impression sticks. If you want to rid yourself of this image forever take a trip and buy a car from Robins And Day in Newcastle. I'm sure all the staff are lovely but it was Ian Church who I dealt with. He is super and as far removed from my first comment as you could get. When I think of good customer service it is the extra details that count, the little touches which make a customer feel valued such as ensuring the car would be ready so I didn't have to make 2 journeys from Middlesbrough. Sending photos of the car ready to go. Offering to pick me up from my meeting on the day I was due to pick the car up, understanding on the day when I called and said I'd have to delay until the following day as I'd lost my purse. Offering a lift from the station the next day when I was getting the train and like a typical woman I changed my mind and got the bus hoping for some shopping time first, ok my mum was but Ian still checked we were ok for a lift. He looked out for us arriving and came out to greet us. Car was waiting in the showroom and Ian quickly went through all the paperwork and then showed me the main functions of my car. Good personal and professional service from start to finish. PS car is a Peugeot 2008 and I love it. Not as great as the 1007 I had previously but then nothing could beat the reaction you got from people when they saw the automatic doors!

My initial impression of this company is good. Salesman was welcoming, communicated efficiently and answered all my questions. In no way was he pushy.

Me and some friends went to see a car yesterday. I found the place lovely and tidy and Billy was great from the beginning to the time of making the deal. Really happy with everything .

I would like to say a big thank you to my sales representative Ian Church who has been nothing but professional, fast and friendly, where others have failed disappointingly, Robins & Day Newcastle have secured me a perfect deal with little or no effort on my behalf. The hardest part for me is driving to Newcastle from London to exchange cars but it will be worth it to shake his hand. One of the best retail experiences I have had to date. I can highly recommend them 100%.

l needed a bigger car and wasn't disappointed, l was shown a few cars but settled for the Peugeot 5008 2ltr HDI. The salesman was very helpful and friendly.
