Great Customer Service
I’m a returning customer and always get great customer service from Sue McGow. She listens and understood what I wanted and produced a New car which was ready to buy straight away. I was given a good trade in on my old car and a great price on the new one. I would highly recommend Sue and this dealership.

Great service and reasonable cost
Always pleased with the service from this centre- especially from Chris L who I always ask for by name now. We are on a service plan which is cost effective, and their communications on the day itself is always great with updates as to progress. They always clean the car too which is a bonus (the only clean it gets each year !)
Safety Recall
I arrived for a safety recall. Demi had called me previously to remind me of my appointment. I arrived and was shown to the reception area, and then the process was explained to me. Demi is friendly (and professional) and she puts you at ease straight away. She made me feel as if I'd known her for ages. The whole process was quicker than I thought it would be. Overall a positive experience.
Wonderful experience overall
Mehdi was fantastic to deal with. It felt like we were in the right and able hands throughout the whole purchase process. He answered all our questions and no question was too big or small. Mehdi provided us with much better quote than the other dealership we have enquired with first, plus he managed to get the car we wanted very fast too.
He was professional, friendly, patient. Took time to explain and show us the car before we drove home, which really helped my confidence that I can drive it back home myself :) I hope Mehdi gets his well deserved promotion. He is definitely the right man in the right shop.

I recently visited this dealership and was genuinely impressed from start to finish. The sales team were incredibly attentive without ever being pushy — they really took the time to understand what I was looking for.
The showroom had a really welcoming atmosphere. I was seen by Donna Malpus she was friendly and genuinely seemed to care about the customer experience, she really took the time to understand what I was looking for
Overall, it was one of the best dealership visits I’ve had. Totally stress free.
