Outstanding Service from Saber Ali at Alfa Romeo I recently visited the Alfa Romeo showroom to view a Giulia and had the pleasure of meeting Saber Ali — and I must say, the experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment I walked in, Saber was welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly professional. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and guided me through the options with patience and clarity. What stood out most was his genuine passion for the brand and his ability to explain the features and performance of the vehicles in a way that was both informative and easy to understand. He made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and if there is anything he doesn't know about Alfa romeo its not worth knowing.. I will definitely be back. I came in fairly late in my pregnancy, and Saber went out of his way to make the whole process easy and stress-free. He was thoughtful about giving me a seat, offered water, and never made me feel rushed. Buying a car while pregnant isn’t exactly relaxing, but Saber made it as smooth and comfortable as it could be. I was introduced to Billy Wadeson after calling into the Manchester branch to view a used DS7 without appointment. From the outset Billy was friendly, courteous and helpful as we looked over the car and took it out for a test drive. Although I have owned a DS5 from new and really wanted to like the DS7 it didn't quite hit the mark. I spent my career in sales and I thought that Billy did an excellent job in trying to ascertain why the car wasn't right for me and looking for alternatives but at no time did I feel pressured. I asked him to give me time to consider my decision and call me later in the day which he did, as promised, but unfortunately I still didn't feel that that car was the one for me. We agreed that Billy should call me if he came across a car that he thought would meet my requirements and I would have no hesitation in recommending Billy to any of my friends or family considering DS in future.Leave us a review
