I would like to start with a huge ‘thank you’ to Matt and Ivan! We wondered into the Edgware Robins & Day not knowing if we would be able to view/ test drive the vehicle of our choice- but despite being short staffed, Matt was able to show us the exact same model that we were interested in. We found it extremely helpful to check all the features in person, making the whole purchase process easier to visualise and not only was Matt able to guide us around the features of the car but he was able to arrange a test drive that very same morning. Ivan continued to deliver great customer service with a really comprehensive test drive and a very accomodating attitude to our requests to demonstrate features that we were inquisitive about. From thinking about buying a car to actually ordering it, Ivan and Matt were truly amazing and great ambassadors for Peugeot and Robins & Day. All in all it has been a five star experience and we would highly recommend Ivan and the staff at Edgware Robins & day to all!
