Friendly and informative

I arrived to meet the sales representative at the time of our appointment and was pleased that he was ready to discuss my purchase of a new/upgrade to my current car . His attitude was friendly and informative. He suggested a couple of options one of which I accepted. All i all a pleasant experience

Fantastic

After a horrendous experience with Arnold Clarke I was amazed at the difference with Robins and Day. The salesman Andy couldn't have been more helpful, polite and not at all pushy. The whole experience from start to finish on buying my new car was faultless. I was made to feel so important and I would highly recommend to anyone. They have renewed my faith in car salesman.

Excellent Service

I bought a car 5 years ago from Robins & Day, the service I have received has been second to none. Both the service and sales team are extremely patient and make me feel like a valued customer, hence why I've just ordered a new car from them ;)

New Car evaluation

Was looking to change my car in a few months time, Robbins & Day website was very informative regarding new car specifications, trade in values and finance calculators. I had used Robbins and Day as a supplier before for several vehicles on Company leasing plans about 15 years ago. Arranged a demo drive in a 3008 and discussed model , engine, and options and obtained various finance quotes, Very helpful sales staff. After several trips to other dealers to see competing vehicles, I preferred the Peugeot option and the better professionalism of the Robbins and Day Sales staff. Arranged a further demo a few days later and after having resolved some queries regarding the specification and finance options, decided to order vehicle.

Daniel, the salesperson was very helpful, explained everything to us, all our different options and suggested what we required based on what we were looking for. And recommended the ideal vehicle and finance option for us. The whole process was simple and efficient, first spoke to daniel on the sunday, went back for a bit more info on the monday and picked new car up on the wednesday.

Going the extra mile

great work from the team in Chiswick, I got automated emails from dealerships like CarGiant - i started to think that car sales was dead. Tip - dont tell a customer who calls in to "check the website". When you buy a car you need personal service, attention to what your after, and above all else, the feeling you have got yourself a good deal. tick on all three. Well done robins and day.

No pressure!

I know used car (and new car) sales-people can sometimes have a reputation as being a little pushy and, occasionally, downright 'in-your-face' from the moment you walk onto the forecourt. When I bought my first 208 in April '16, I was politely asked if I was OK and if I needed any assistance etc. - and that was it. In a good way! In other words, I was left to wander, browse, look at and inspect all the cars on show and then, when I had some questions, the salesman was there to answer them which, for me, was exactly what I wanted. The rest of the buying process was equally quietly efficient, and a few days later, with no fuss or issue, I drove away in my 208, and have not had any problems since then until now - when I traded the 208 for a 308 - and experienced the same kind of unobtrusive service and attention. Robins and Day, Clarence Road, Bristol, thanks for facilitating one of the best experiences in over 40 years of buying and driving cars!

Fantastic

I entered the show room and Qasim the sales advisor was very welcoming, I wanted to query about a scheme (insure and go) and he was more than willing to help me. Qasim went through all the details and explained everything throughout. I really enjoyed my experience and will be recommending this store and advisor. Thank you.
