Both salesmen we dealt with very courteous, friendly and professional and advised us of or best option. We purchased the Citroen C3 after a test drive and everything went smoothly when we picked it up. All paperwork explained - would recommend. This is our 3rd Citroen from this garage

Extremely helpful sales team
Went for a test drive but unfortunately the car we wanted had been sold the previous night. We were offered an identical car at the same price, which we took for a test drive. At the end of the test drive the salesman could tell that I wasn't completely happy with the vehicle so suggested I took another car for a test drive. This vehicle I was completely happy with and we were able to agree a price very close to our budget even though the car was a better model than we had originally chosen. They couldn't have been more helpful.
Response to Request
We were greeted with politeness and courtesy and all promises were carried out. This is the 4th car we have bought from Robins and Day - this was a used car but the earlier 3 were all new.
I would recommend to others and the only downside is the constant request for more information on my experience. It usually comes in the form of e-mail, phone, texts and post and can be very annoying for us long-term supporters of our local car dealer.
