Friendly and delivered on all their promises. The only glitch was confusion over the pricing of the vehicle subject of the purchase. When this was identified the sales team took immediate responsibility and agreed the lower price on the spot. The sales exec was perhaps the best I have ever dealt with and I have over 50 years experience.
