No Hassle Bargain Buy
I visited the Birmingham North branch of Robbins & Day to buy a specific second-hand vehicle I had seen on the internet. I liked the car, spoke to a very pleasant salesman, was able to haggle a bit ( well, you expect a little horse trading, don't you? ), & secure the sale with a very reasonable deposit. The inevitable paperwork was made as painless as possible, & I left very satisfied. One week later, after my car was thoroughly valeted, cleaned, polished etc., I returned to pay the balance & collect the car. Once again, the final paperwork was expertly explained to me, & dealt with quickly & efficiently. Some considerable time was taken to explain all the functions & features of the new car to me, ( goodness! how sophisticated cars have become in the last 20 years, the age of my previous car ). All in all, a pleasant, stress-free experience I could recommend without hesitation.
