Travelled from Preston to collect a car, found them extremely professional and very efficient. When I originally rang up about the car anything they were unsure about, they found out and rang straight back. When collecting the car they went the extra mile to ensure everything was fine. Would definitely use again and recommend anyone looking for a new or used car to go to Robins and Day.

Chris Jones has been fantastic from day 1 of my search for a new car. He instantly understood my requirements and budget and came back so fast with spot on car suggestions. The promptness, ease and manner of the communication has been second to none and I am very thankful as I had a small window to find a car, so it could have been very stressful. I didn’t feel like Chris is that type of salesman in the negative sense whereby I felt he just wanted me to buy regardless, but that he really took the time understood my needs and made me feel like it was my decision completely with no rush or pressure to decide. Although he made sure I was armed with all the information so I could make an informed decision. I would use Robins and Day Guildford a 100 times over as the service was fantastic!
