The experience we had with Robbins and Day at Redditch was 100% positive. We were taken care of by Ravi who had an excellent knowledge of the Citroen car. He talked us through our options and we were very satisfied with the deal he arranged for us. What a fabulous buying experience!. A lovely car at the right price and it was well worth the 100 mile round trip. Sales guys were such a friendly bunch I could have spent the whole day there with them. The inclusive extras were impressive, Robins and Day just don't stop giving: Free 5 days insurance cover, an incredible 12m warranty, they serviced the car, they did the MOT for me so that I didn't have the inconvenience of it later in the year, even though it didn't yet qualify for one, free 12m breakdown cover, how good can it get. I'll certainly look at R & D's stock when I'm ready for another pre loved motor. Why can't every car purchase be this good. Special mention for Kate who did my sale, couldn't do enough to ensure I was happy. Hope to do business again!
