I had visited a well known dealership in Edinburgh before I came through to Robins & Day in Glasgow & found the cars in the Edinburgh dealership were filthy and not prepared for anybody looking to buy a vehicle, this put me right off. When we came into Robins & Day's dealership everything was gleaming & well presented, we were so impressed that I purchased a car, the salesperson Gerry was so helpful from start to finish nothing was any bother to him. We have just collected our brand new Citroen C3 Flair from Robins and Day, Newport. It has been an excellent experience. The young man we dealt with was Joe Callaghan who was brilliant. He helped us through the process with patience and understanding, keeping us updated with many emails to tell us how the delivery was proceeding. We cannot praise him and Robins and Day enough. I went onto the Robins & Day website to look into getting my first car. I enquired about one and the very next day got a phone call back to say that they could do a test drive that night. Ross was so accommodating and helpful when I got there he made me feel so relaxed whilst test driving the car (even knowing I was very nervous). Even after signing the deal for the car, I could phone him with any questions and he answered them straight away and gave me the best advice possible. My mum has been with Robins & Day for years and I can see myself doing the same!
