Can I just say thank you to Carl barker today (Preston Blackpool road branch). Absolutely first class service today when I had a problem with a broken roll bar. Diagnosed and replaced all at the same time ! Fantastic. Carl has always been so amazing and goes above and beyond. He arranged a quick tutorial with staff for me for my blue tooth connectivity today too. Always personable, has integrity and loads of life / work experience. Couldn’t recommend more highly. Plus car washed and valeted too and as an extra surprise the Easter competition. Found the detail of the service report amazing. Just a great experience with this dealership from start to finish. Knew what car I wanted and saw it on the dealerships web site. Called and spoke to Kyle (who is a star). Visited the next day and test drove the vehicle after asking lots of questions both in person and via email. Kyle answered all my questions both by return email and in person. Good price (in my opinion) for my part exchange. Had another email to say my car was ready to collect. When I arrived to collect my car all the paperwork was ready to be signed and my new vehicle was simply "gleaming". To sum up- Just an outstanding experience, great customer service, fantastic car at a great price and a sales person (Kyle) who knows his cars.
