Very attentive and honest service. Not too pushy and great knowledge. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble, best experience I have had with a car dealership, would definitely recommend Dimitris, he was excellent.

Your colleague was interested, helpful and informative. I did have to make a follow-up call regarding some additional information we requested regarding tyres but this was quickly resolved by a colleague.

Most helpful staff.

Laura was so helpful at finding the right car for my budget. It took a few weeks but i was kept informed regularly. Would definitely recommend Newport Robins & Day to anyone looking for a used car.

Love this dealership in Chelmsford

Love this dealership in Chelmsford, all the staff are lovely, from Jake, Florence, Donna and James, 3 months after purchasing my 3008 we had a problem with shock absorbers and screeching front windows, after they got the right and undamaged parts in, it was sorted, lent us a hire car, and ours cam back gleaming. Well done guys.

Michael Burton at the Stockport centre…

Michael Burton at the Stockport centre was excellent. He was very helpful and knowledgable and we didn’t feel under any pressure to buy. His communication was good and he provided information when he said he would. There was a good range of cars on display and price of a used car and the package on offer was very competitive. Finally the latte was lovely, it’s worth a visit just for the coffee, although we did buy a car as well.

10/10 Service

It’s a late review but I bought my car on the 22nd August, three months in and I am the happiest girl in the world. My car has been reliable (touch wood) and has exceeded my expectations. David was such a wonderful Sales Executive, polite, friendly, helpful and a great laugh. Very professional service but also it felt personal, rather than him just trying to make money and go. I’ve been satisfied with the service this place has given me. The atmosphere was uplifting and happy, everyone was all participating in conversations which made it feel friendly. I wish all the staff well, especially David. Thank you guys for giving me my first car, it was actually the car I dreamt of having as my first and I can’t believe i have it! Again thank you! Kiera

Sam was very helpful and so impressed…

Sam was very helpful and so impressed that they did shock obsorber s , included in mot and service. I am sure last garage I bought from , would never have gone above and beyond. Despite being young , I didn’t find Sam a pushy salesmen, which would have made my partner run a mile !! Do all in all would highly recommend to other car buyers.
