Emily and Fracis are great people to have as the face of you showroom
I was made to feel welcome by Emily one of many motability experts - she even went the extra mile to ensure that I got the vehicle that met all of my needs i dont know what I'd have done without the information she had supplied me with. Unfortunately when i placed the order Emily was on annual leave and I wanted to thank her personally (guess that will have to wait till I pick up my new car) anyway I was then introduced to Francis another wonderful and professional person who was well educated in his field of expertise too! I was made to feel equally as welcome with him and he swiftly dealt with my order with no messing about, and for that I was very greatful.

From the moment I stepped into Robins and Day showrooms in Spytty I felt “looked after” the General Manager , Matt Jones and the salesman Jamie Humphries gave excellent customer service and care . At no point did I feel pressurised into a sale and they did everything they could to make my visit and buying experience a happy one . I would not hesitate to recommend this business to anyone .
