Our salesman was Chris he was very knowledgeable about the car we were looking at. He was polite and helpful, the whole process was very easy, we did not feel pressured at any time, we didn’t feel that we had been rushed to make a decision.

So easy to deal with. Online valuation was honoured in full following existing vehicle inspection. Salesman kept coming back with better and better offers on the new car.

We went to Robins and Day in Redditch at the weekend for a test drive of the C5 Aircross. Rav was really helpful, not pushy (and believe me, I've dealt with some terrible sales people in the past week). He explained all the features of the car very well, and I would certainly recommend Robins and Day to anyone.

The service was great. Harry was very helpful and discussed any queries or questions I had. Knowledgable staff about all vehicles and were very friendly. Much better than another Peugot service I have had previously.

Excellent service. I recently purchased a 2018 reg used Peugeot 2008, trading in my older Peugeot. The Sales Executive, Conor Jefferson, was very helpful throughout, friendly, efficient and informative. He helped me to find a car that was suitable and arranged for the car to be ready in very good time. I am delighted with my new car and I found the whole process of the purchase and trade-in to be a smooth and stress-free experience.
