Nick Fitzgerald, our sales advisor was a pleasure to deal with. Usually, I dislike buying a new car because of pushy, false sales personnel. Nick was professional, in no way pushy, advised on pro's and con's - altogether a much better experience and service than I've previously experienced.

Outstanding Customer Service Morden Branch

I would like to thank Hazel and Trevor and the team at the Robins & Day Morden branch for their outstanding customer service. We had a couple of issues with a car we brought in December the whole of the Morden team have been outstanding. I wish I could rate them higher than the 5 as they deserve it.They have been a pleasure to deal with and have kept us updated the whole time on the work being done on our car. It's great to see this sort of service. Well done team.

We purchased a used Lexus from Day & Robbins on Edgware Road. The whole process from booking a test drive though to driving away with the car was very smooth and seamless. All our questions were answered competently (given their expertise is Peugeot). Highly recommend Charlie for his cool demeanor.

Choosing our new car

We were due to change our car under the PCP scheme and had to decide what to do. We had a great deal of help from John Fitzgerald confirming which car the choose and we were offered a very good deal. He went through everything very carefully and thoroughly and made sure that we were happy with our decision. We are now the proud owners of a C3 aircross Flair. Amazing Service

I was so impressed with William Mason one of the service advisers. He told me about ‘Masterfit service club’ where you can get 25% off servicing and parts. You can join for free. It made the price for the work needed on my car very competitive. I will definitely be getting my service and MOT from them next year.

Hassle free purchase with great customer service

Incredible service from Paul Smith at R&D Stockport. I came in fairly clueless as to what i really wanted and he was very honest and straight forward about the features and benefits of the car i that was right for me. Never felt pushed to purchase anything and in the end he hunted tirelessly for the ex-demo i wanted. Even when Paul was unavailable his colleagues were more than happy to help with my persistent questions.

Customer Service Is Not dead.

Met a young sales person Sebastian Boyle who took some time to show me around the new C5 aircross although he was aware I was looking for a company car. I explained that I was a little disappointed that Citroen hadn't contacted me about a test Drive. Sebastian said he had a little spare time and would I like a test drive now. It is nice to see that even us company car drivers can still get good service.
