Today I have collected yet another car…
Today I have collected yet another car from the superb Paul Cassie in Chelmsford. I run a child day care service and one of the staff blew her car apart Tuesday evening, I phoned Paul Wednesday morning and today I was able to pick up a second hand 108 low mileage, serviced, and well looked after so I can keep an employee working and the children within my care safe. I have lost count of the cars I have bought through Paul, both my sons have cars from Paul, my daughter in law and both my husband and I. The attention to detail Paul gives in his service to his clients is second to none. My one and only beef is that the showroom as a whole is unfriendly, you walk in there and there are no smiles, no hello’s, the manager walks around surveying the customers but doesn’t once say hi, hello, are you getting good service, could I help you today. I go to Robins and Day for the service from Paul certainly not for the dealership.

I had very helpful, without pressure service from the salesperson named Bill and I am very satisfied with the pre collection service that Robins and Day have offered.
Robins & Day Cribbs Causeway
The Cribbs Causeway dealership were very helpful in finding us the right car in the wider Robins & Day dealership. There was one small issue with the car but this was quickly rectified by them.

A really pleasant experience throughout. Dealt with Conner on sales, helpful and informative without being pushy. No pressure chasing after test drive. Reasonable trade in on old car despite amazing discount on list price for new car. All staff were very helpful. Brilliant handover detailed introduction to car. Would recommend if you are looking to buy.
