As well of course for the service team who always do a good job on my car, I would like to praise all the customer service team in Chelmsford for being so efficient, Courteous and friendly. Especially Florence Lawes, who is such a lovely young lady. Always a pleasure to go in there - and the coffee is really good too!

Just purchased a mokka x from robins day in Ashford this is the second Vauxhall I have purchased in recent years and after we purchased my wife’s pre registered Vauxhall corsa 9 years ago and the fact that vauxhall have looked after it with their service plan that has been amazing value we thought we would go pre registered again but this time with a Pre registers Vauxhallmokka x elite. Process was made super simple by Wesley and the team and the dealership manager sorted a great deal without any real haggling which was nice. I just checked online and could see we got a great deal. I considering looking at a pre registered grandland x or insignia estate now as it was such a good buying experience not like the days of old even got a fairly reasonable coffee out of them. I think we got quite a good deal.

Great customer service with robins and day chelmsford couldn't ask for a better service from Florence Lawes in the service department she was very helpful and polite made every moment Pleasant and go smoothly. My car is now repaired and drivers perfect thanks to Neil and Ryan in the workshop who also looked after the car very well would highly recommend the chelmsford branch to anyone who asked for good service. the dealership is one of the best and I have now put this dealership as my main dealer to go to for sales and servicing and give a 5 star rating for being made to feel welcome from day one of walking into the dealership.
