I purchased a Used-Mercedes - Sight unseen over the telephone from the Romford Branch. Right from the very first moment talking to salesman Adam, I felt I was in good professional courteous hands. It can be a risky thing to do buying a used at the best of times, let alone over the phone, paying for it in full prior to delivery. I had never heard of Robins & Day! My nervousness was unnecessary, I could not have received a better service. Even the driver who delivered the car was a remarkably professional, excellent customer-facing chap.
