I wasn't thinking about changing my car at present, but was happy to go along to explore my options. Ioana was helpful, patient and answered all my questions expertly, even though I asked some of them twice. She wasn't pushing for a sale, I felt in control and at ease throughout the entire process. I am picking up my new car tomorrow! She is an asset to the team at Edgware and it was a really pleasant experience and pleasure dealing with her.

Had really good service from Chris. Came in to buy a Hyundai and trade in another car and he was open and honest with us and didn't try to mug us off. He made some really good recommendations for the car I was getting rid of which I appreciated.

I would like to show my appreciation for the help and guidance received by Kent at the Sale Robins & Day branch. He is a credit to the team, and I highly recommend his service! Nothing was difficult for him, he is very friendly, patient and honest. Kent really did make my first lease car exchange a breeze and understood my needs and budget when choosing a new car. I was a little apprehensive about the whole situation at first, worried I may be oversold and pushed into a new deal. However, this was definitely not the case! Great service in Robins & Day Maidstone
Last week I brought a Peugeot 108 from Robins and Day Maidstone. We dealt with Sales Advisor Niall throughout and couldn’t recommend him enough. After viewing many cars from various dealerships, it was a breath of fresh air to meet a sales advisor who was so genuine and friendly. Niall is a great combination of being knowledgeable and informative without making you feel remotely pressured into buying. He truly went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience and left feeling reassured and comfortable in my new car, thank you!

After lots of internet searches and some horrendous experiences with dealerships (Evans Halshaw) we booked an appointment here, the next day Ray (Thomas)rang us to confirm the time and to see what we wanted, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. The following week we arrived at Robin Day, the COVID precautions were very good clearly marked routes through the showroom, hand sanitisers in key areas, plastic screens on desks, when we sat in the cars Ray checked that they were clean. Very impressed. We had a few items on our wish list for a new car and Ray did his best to full-fill them, as a new car was out of price range he searched different branches to find our perfect car, alas he couldn’t. On returning home Ray Gad rang to say he had found one and we went to view it the next day, needless to say we purchased it , Ray ran through all the extra options very clearly and informatively with no hard pressure as we found in different dealerships, we took out the paint protection coating. The car was thoroughly checked and serviced before collection and pickup day went very smoothly (all the functions of the car were explained thoroughly something we had never had when buying a car). We are very happy with our new car, and thanks to Ray who restored our faith that there are some nice ,honest and decent sales reps out there. I would recommend Robins & Day anytime and if you do go there ask for Ray as he made it a pleasurable experience.
