Had a really good experience, there was no pressure into buying a car but they gave me all the information. When I went back for my car thwy were really good and made it really personal even with a message personalised to me in my new car. My contact in the dealership in Sale (Manchester) was Mr. Malcolm. He was very knowledgeable and kind with me. We do a test drive. He listen with attention to my coments and diffrent issues regarding the car. He make a serious mistake during all the proccess, but he accepted his full resposabilities, and I emphasied to have a very good "Aftersale customer Care" . This fact did not affect my evaluation of Mr Malcolm as a good car seller. I hope Peugeot will treat me well as it is the first time in my life I am buying a Peugeot. Thanks. This the first car that I have bought from Peugeot Nottingham, I was impressed with the service I received, also the knowledge that the sales man had. The salesman gave me all the time I needed to look at the model I was interested in, sit in it, show me some dash functions, took me out for a test drive and checked my car over for part exchange value/condition. He was polite, offered me coffee and talked me through in plain language regards my purchase/contract. I felt well looked after and walked away extremely happy that I was able to purchase the car I wanted and to my surprise the top specification model.6 years agoExcellent experience!
