Excellent service. Akeel agreed to retail an 11yo 107, despite its age, as long as it passed all the usual checks, which it did. Car was delivered on time, in really good condition, and looking fab. I look forward to driving it.
Finding another car
Decided to look for another car, we ended up at Robins and Day, as we found one we liked online.
Daniel was the sales advisor who assisted us in a polite and friendly manner, without the sales push.
Overall very pleased with Daniel's help in purchasing the car we decided on. One slightly minor point was that one of the seatbelts was faulty. This was not picked up by the service department however rectified the following week.

Drove down from Nottingham to trade in my car against one of their demonstrator cars. From first contact by phone and email the whole experience with Guiseppe as my sales advisor was a pleasure. The exchange process was easy and painless. The showroom was CV-19 safe and well marked out! Highly recommended!
