Good used car, very professional Sales Advisor

The used car I bought was in excellent condition. The Sales Advisor, Alec Sawney, was very professional, helpful and friendly and was knowledgeable about car mechanics, which inspired confidence. I'm very glad that I bought this car from Robins and Day.

Really nice member of staff

Really nice member of staff, very helpful and explained everything as he went along, even when he had to go and speak with the manager because he had to find out how much we were getting for the car that were trading in before getting a new car, he also made me a nice cup of tea to drink while we went through everything, excellent service from start to finish ???? Car dealership was Robin and day Maidstone

A simple day out!

When we arrived at Robins&Day, there was no rush in Sales, just had a leisurely stroll around the Showroom. Then Tim Farrow approached us, warm, gentle, honest young man. He explained all the details of the car we wanted, took us out for a test drive (Automatic! never driven one before) Such a pleasure to have a relaxing experience in purchasing a new car. Used DS5 purchase.

I purchased a used DS5 with Chris Reeds as the Sales Advisor from Robins & Day of Manchester. I was not able to visit & view the car, but Chris was extremely helpful and accommodating. Having agreed to purchase remotely, the transactions, paperwork and formalities where handled very efficiently and the car was delivered to me (over 300 miles away). It arriving by an excellent and helpful driver Andy, with the car being presented in lovely condition. Thank you. Have no hesitation in recommending Chris and the team that where no doubt supporting him in making it all happen.
