Really loved buying a car from Robins & Day Manchester - Naresh was a great help making me feel confident and happy throughout the entire process. I was nervous about not being able to test drive due to covid but he reassured me about everything and answered all my questions really well. Buying a car there was a great experience because of Naresh :)

Excellent Customer service by Michael

I brought my nephews Citroen C1 in for MOT and service on Monday. Was seen by Michael. As my nephew is a learner driver and I live some 100 miles away the logistics of organising this was difficult. When the car wasn't ready that evening, due to a fault, Michael arranged for the car, when ready the next day, to be delivered back to my nephew at home. This was great customer service. He also confirmed when it had been safely delivered. Well done Michael and Citroen. Linda

Citroen Glasgow Branch - Received excellent customer service when purchasing our new car this week. Was concerned about buying during restrictions but Douglas made the process, easy, informative, and straightforward. Compared to our dealings with other larger well known dealership found Douglas to be much more professional and helpful with no pushy sales for extras. Would highly recommend. New car is fab too!

Great customer service - in fact the best I've ever had from any motoring experience. My customer sales rep Dimitris, based at Chingford was knowledgeable, caring, witty, fun and always on top form with updates from start to finish. He helped me purchase my perfect car.

With this lock down I was reluctant to…

With this lock down I was reluctant to buy a car with out looking at it and driving it but with a £99 deposit refund if not up to expectations I can say that the car I have brought was certainly up to my expectations . The car is 3 years old and when it was took out of the vallet bay and prosented to us i was very happy .It looked like it had come out of the show room .I would definitely recommend. Kully sales was very trustworthy on the sale on what he tood me about the car .Thanks to Kully and his team the car is fantastic.

I am very impressed with the level of service I received from Shaun and Dami from Robin & Day Romford branch. Dami is very professional and his pre and post sales service is superb. Dami`s customer service and care made me buy this car. Best man for the Job.

Bought a car from R&D Coventry,the salesman Lee Kemp was very polite,knowledgeable and friendly,got the car delivered to Scotland,Lee kept me informed at all stages and made the transaction very easy,was dubious at first buying a car from so far away but no need,it was a pleasure to deal with him ,wouldn’t hesitate in dealing with him again in the future.
