Andrew and Jamie looked after me when I was looking for my new car. They were very helpful and managed to find me the perfect car within my budget and ticked all the boxes. There was no pushy sales techniques or I cant tell you what price I can do until you commit they both went above and beyond to get me my perfect car and could tell they are both passionate in their job. Andrew arranged picking up my car smoothly wity no problems. The salesman was very professional, patient and helpful, especially with regard to disposing of my old broken down car. I felt a bit bombarded with the mulitiplicity of optional insurance products, but grateful for the free 7 days' insurance. The new (used) car is stylish and beautiful. Peter Ward, Sales and motability expert was very knowledgeable about the scheme and all the car models. He listened to what I needed for my family vehicle as my disabled son is getting older and taller. He agreed that probably the C4 grande picasso wasn't going to work for us and explained about the new berlingo that was due to be released. He went through all our needs and what we didn't want. Peter has to have been one of the best motability experts I have spoken to over the years, very approachable and friendly and never once tried to pressure me into making a decision until I was ready.
