I bought a used 2008. Sam Malpass was the sales person I dealt with. He was very professional and helpful, answered all my questions with patience. I had a terrible experience with Robins & Day back in 2003 when they were based in Ley Street. I bought a brand new car and didn’t get exactly what I asked for, the sales man refused to take responsibility and more or less told me I will lose my deposit if I didn’t want the car anymore even though he did not order what I wanted and it was a mistake on his part. I shared this story with Sam and even though he didn’t need to, he apologised on behalf of the dealership and even threw in some complementary rubber cars mats at my request! Very much appreciated it and all his help.
