From the moment we entered the showroom we were welcomed by a smiling salesman who treated us as royalty. We explained that we needed a large mobility car and he went out of his way to show us everything we had asked for. I cannot express my thanks loud enough for the help and guidance he showed us. Unfortunately because the adjusted model I wanted wasn’t yet in the showroom I couldn't’ quite visualise the car, however the mobility salesman ‘Will’ was a credit to the showroom. After a couple of interviews with Will I felt comfortable to go ahead and order the SUV c3 autocross, he explained step by step I had to take, from contacting Motability to ask their permission to change my car early, right to the end of sale regarding the return of my car to the showroom with log books etc. I now look forward to the collection of the car. My one failure was to actually order on that day, now I have to pay extra deposit .oh well as they say!!!6 years agoGave me a lot of help and explain a lot…

From the first phone call Joe was brilliant, and answered all the questions I had about the car. His customer service skills were second to non. And when it came to organising the paper work/putting down a deposit it all ran smoothly and he explained everything that needed to be done. The over all experience was amazing, I shall be coming back to Robins & Day for any other cars that we may need. I shall certainly ask for Joe next time.6 years agoAmazing service
