This was the first time I had dealt with any Peugeot dealership before, and I found the whole experience to be first class from start to finish. Despite the current restrictions, they all did their best to keep to the guidelines and make everyone feel comfortable.
I initially dealt with Adam McDowell who found me the car I was after via CarWow. Thanks Adam, great job, well done for that! When I went in for a test drive, I was passed over to Ivan Slyusarchuk, Sales Advisor, to deal with me from then on.
Ivan was and is so professional in his whole approach. We went for a test drive together, had a great chat along the way, and upon making my mind up, everything after that was very well explained and Ivan was super attentive during the whole process.
He did his utmost to get the car ready for collection, and on the day of collection all was fantastic, from presentation of the car, in the special 'pickup room', inspection, walk-around to hand over. Great experience! I hope they keep it up, because they really make you as a customer feel special.

Very pleased with my car
Very pleased with my car. I looked up the cars on line and then phoned to make an appointment to view. The who;e process was quick and easy. The staff were good and it was enjoyable experience. My only nag was that i did an on line quote for my old car as part exchange...the quote was £1600 but but when it came to the deal i was offered £900, i argued and managed to get £1000. However, it was far easier than trying to sell my old car privately and peace of mind was the best deal for me,
