Positive experience
We had a couple of hiccups on the test drive but the salesman couldn’t have been more apologetic. He spent a good deal of time explaining the features of the car so I felt well informed before making a decision. He took time to help me feel comfortable and knowledgeable about my car when I picked it up. I would be happy to purchase from here again.
Car purchase
I have brought year, after year from Robins & Day. All the staff are friendly and informative every step of the way. I will continue to use them for years to come.

Rebecca and Neil at R&D Glasgow were utterly fabulous. From the moment, I walked into the showroom, Rebecca was brilliant - answering my questions, but never pressuring me. Just professional, extremely helpful and delightful to deal with.
She and the manager, Neil, gave me an excellent service.
Neil was great at explaining the finance options (as I am a bit thick on these matters!)
There was a minor issue with my car immediately after I picked it up. Neil and Rebecca handled the situation impeccably.
As a result of their excellent service, I have a high regard for Robins and Day, and would recommend the Glasgow branch to others.

Excellent, best customer service I’ve ever received.
Bought a used peugeot 3008. The employees were all really helpfull. They even rang me a week later out of the blue, and asked me to pop in so they can fit a new tyre. There was also a small knocking noise. This was all sorted when I popped in for the new tyre. They also cleaned it before they gave it back to me.
Excellent customer service and I will deffinately buy all my future cars here.
